Domestic Shipping Policy

We ship orders within the United States only. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.
  • Flat Rate Shipping: A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $75.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3–4 business days.

We ship via UPS or FedEx, and the carrier is selected at our discretion based on rates and availability.

Order Processing

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
  • Backorders: For items on backorder, shipping depends on product availability and manufacturer lead times. Customers may cancel a backordered item at any time before it ships.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen events may occur. If an order is delayed, we will notify you promptly, and you may cancel a backordered item if needed.

Damaged or Lost Merchandise

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at 713-316-6300. We will replace the damaged item(s) or issue a refund as necessary.
